Valeria Rebulla joins Private Equity Reporting Group as Industry Representative

The Private Equity Reporting Group (PERG) welcomes the appointment of Valeria Rebulla, Chief Operating Officer for EMEA at KKR as an Industry Representative to its Board. PERG is the independent body set up to monitor the UK private capital industry’s compliance with the Walker Guidelines for Disclosure and Transparency.
PERG, working closely with the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA) and the industry, refreshed the Guidelines in 2024. Firms in scope of the Guidelines will be required to comply with the new requirements from this year. Valeria will play a key role in ensuring the private equity industry embraces and complies with the Guidelines over the coming years.
